The Utilities/Enterprise Commission consists of three members of the city council, who are appointed by the mayor. It was established to assist the Mayor, Council, City Engineer and Superintendent of Public Works in the operations of the water, sewer, sanitation and engineering services. The chairman of each commission shall meet during preparation of the budget and at other times when requested to discuss budget or finance issues. The commission meets between the 1st and 2nd council meetings at varying times and dates.
