It is our goal to provide the best possible service and support to
the citizens and employees of the City of Worland.
The services we provide are Administrative Support, Supervision and oversight for Street and Alley, Sanitation, Water and Sewer. We serve as the call center for all public works inquiries and complaints and investigate them while directing the appropriate responses. We provide the governing body with reports on funding and construction projects. In addition, we manage and maintain the work management and information system. Drafting legislation on public works matters for the governing body's approval is also our responsibility.
Public Works consists of five divisions:
We have 25 full time personnel in public works. These include 6 in Streets and Alleys, 6 in Water, 5 in Sewer, 3 in Sanitation, 3 in Administration, 2 in Fleet Maintenance and 3 seasonal employees.
