Mayor Lombard was born in Southern California on July 22, 1942.  He attended school there and also college.  He worked as a freeway construction worker and then for the Public Works Dept.  He then became a fireman for 12 years for the City of Stantion, California.

Mayor Lombard sought a quieter life and better place to raise his family.  They moved to Worland in the mid-1970’s where he purchased the Culligan business which he ran for the next 12 years.  During this time he had a sheep ranch, plus various other successful businesses.

Mayor Lombard moved to Livingston, Montana for a few years and had several successful businesses there along with becoming a real estate agent.  He decided to move back to Worland in the late 1980’s and went to work for Admiral Beverage where he worked for 14 years until his retirement.

In February 2000, he became reacquainted with his current wife Patti at their 40th class reunion in California and they married in September 2000.  Between them they have 6 children, 12 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Mayor Lombard has a strong love for Worland and considers this his home.  Because of his prior successful businesses he wants to give back to the community and make it an even better place to live.  It means getting involved and working not only with the various individuals involved in city government, but also working with and for the residents of this City.

Mayor Lombard views his new position as a full-time job and with his dedication and determination, he is eager to give it his full attention.
