The Buildings & Grounds Commission was established to assist the Mayor, Council, Superintendent of Public Works and Golf Course Superintendent in the operations of parks, city buildings, the cemetery and golf course. The chairman of each commission shall meet during preparation of the budget and at other times when requested to discuss budget or finance issues. It consists of three council members appointed by the Mayor and they meet between the 1st and 2nd council meetings at varying times.
